Leases
Leases are available for any capital item used in a farming, ranching
or agribusiness operation. This may include farm equipment, machinery,
office equipment, vehicles, irrigation equipment and processing
equipment. Leasing provides tax advantages that purchasing does
not.
Group
Insurance
Group life insurance is available to borrowers through Minnesota
Life. Simply stated, this is loan protection insurance that is directly
tied to the customer's loan. This insurance product will pay off
the loan in the event of the customer's death so that the debt does
not become a family burden.
